Is there a shipping cost?
No. We are proud to offer complimentary shipping on any Lite Brite order.
Do you offer exchanges and returns?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we will work with you throughout. Generally, returns are not accepted, however sometimes things happen. In the event, we will work together to find a solution. Any additional shipping charges incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
Can I cancel an order?
After 24 hours, orders are placed into production. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship worldwide, although additional charges, duties and taxes may occur and are the responsibility of the client. We will contact you and work together through the shipping process.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Can my order be rushed?
Yes! We will always work with you to make your deadline. Please email hello@stefross.com within 24 hours of placing an order if you are interested in rushed processing. Additional charges will incur.
